GBI arrests five former Albany Police Department officers for misuse of a license plate reader

After an internal Flock audit, Albany PD asked GBI to investigate. Five former officers were charged with Misuse of License Plate Data and Violation of Oath of Office for using the Flock system for non-law-enforcement purposes. WALB reported all five were terminated.
